Job Description:

*Develop and implement marketing plans to support business objectives.

*Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and new opportunities.

*Converting leads into sales, Build and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships.

*Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns across various channels; use data-driven insights to optimize results.

*Follow up on customer inquiries, prepare quotations, and manage related documentation.

Qualifications:

*Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.

*Minimum 2-3 years of experience in marketing, preferably in construction, engineering or other reputed sectors.

*To compile and follow at the rules of the Organization.

*Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

*Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

*Candidate must have know EXCEL & Computer based skills.
